The blend often includes 20 of our favorite apple varieties, both popular and heirloom. We sell glass carboys, yeast, fermentation locks and stoppers... anything and everything you could want to get started.Justin from Citizen Cider will be here pouring their own awesome hard cider and answering questions about cider recipes, along with our own "Mr Carboy" himself giving expert information on all the many facets of hard cider making.

Throughout the Season

"Pick For Your Neighbor"

Vermont Foodbank & the Agency of Agriculture encourage customers to pick apples, pay for them, & leave them here. Then, the Foodbank picks them up and distributes them so that our neighbors get fresh, local food. Thanks so much for joining us in this important program to help out our neighbors!

"Apples to iPods".. The wooden apple was found this year already!!

Burlington and Shelburne Farmers Markets

On Saturdays, please stop by the Burlington or Shelburne markets to purchase apple cider, cider doughnuts…and more.
