In proper storage, fruit can keep up to 5 months. The variety comes from East Bloomfield, New York, is cold-hardy and ripens in October. Fantastic for your garden or back yard orchard. Ginger Gold, Red Delicious, or Golden Delicious would all be great pollinators for this variety.
